*Every visitor of the festival accepts the following conditions*

  1. Entry only with valid ticket, children below the age of 12 have free entry.
  2. The organizer has no influence on content, length, volume and composition of the event.
  3. The volume of music concerts can be a health hazard. The attendance is at your own risk.
  4. The compensation of any damages which result from a violation of this agreement is excluded as far as the organiser or her legal attorney have not acted negligently. Compensation claims in case of mild negligence are limited.
  5. Any glass containers, cans (except camping area), plastic bottles (except camping area), fireworks, torches and any type of weapon are generally prohibited. Any case of disregard is followed by the exclusion from the event. The will be no right to claim the entrance fee in such a case. A security check will be conducted at the entrance. Security staff is instructed to conduct body searches.
  6. The organiser reserves the right to deny entry due to important reasons. The entrance fee will be returned.
  7. On entry of the festival the ticket is exchanged for a festival bracelet which authorises visitors to enter and leave the festival grounds for the duration of the event. Ticket or bracelet will not be replaced in case of loss.
  8. The purchase of ticket for re-sale purposes is generally prohibited.
  9. Contractual relationships only occur between the organiser and the owner of the ticket.
  10. The reimbursement of ticket purchasers is only possible in case of a cancellation of the event. Only the nominal value of ticket is then being refunded. In case of cancellation due to acts of nature beyond control (weather) there is no right to reclaim.
  11. The organiser reserves the right to reschedule or relocate the event.
  12. The organiser reserves the right to change the event schedule without further notice.
  13. Parking is at one's own risk. Please observe the instruction of the security personnel. We advise all visitor to use public transport if possible.
  14. The organiser has no responsibility for stolen or lost items.
  15. Stage-Diving and Crowd-Surfing is generally prohibited.
  16. The law for the protection of children and youth is to be observed at all times.
  17. It is generally prohibited to bring along animals to the event.
  18. With their attendance of the event the organiser receives the right from the visitors to make audio and video recordings (or have them made), to broadcast them (or have them broadcast) and to use them for printing materials without extra compensation.
  19. The organiser holds the domiciliary rights for the duration of the event.
